I am trying to real time mod call of duty black ops 2 with RXMzmoddinV1.1 and I have both of the plugin- XPBM.XEX and XRPC.XEX and when I try and open up the rte tool I get this error - [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] I have watched a video on how to RTE and it has helped a bit, but it still isn't working [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] any ideas?

if you have anti virus disable it and then reinstall the tool. if not then try XRPCv2 as alot of new RTE tools use this instead. I dont know where to find the download. it might be jrpcV2. i dont know its one of the two

************** JIT Debugging **************
To enable just-in-time (JIT) debugging, the .config file for this
application or computer (machine.config) must have the
jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section.
The application must also be compiled with debugging
enabled.

For example:

<configuration>
<system.windows.forms jitDebugging="true" />
</configuration>

When JIT debugging is enabled, any unhandled exception
will be sent to the JIT debugger registered on the computer
rather than be handled by this dialog box.

I would try it. Xbdm.xex is for neighborhood. In neighborhood you have to set the console as default console
