Also two quick questions i was thinking about getting a CPU cooler which one do you think is a cheap one but gets the job done. And also with my build do you think it might can run Battlefield or csgo at their best?

They will run them the same but there is no point getting an aftermarket cooler unles you get my build which has a 4690k.
Also for the cooler it depends on your budget.

There's many good CPU coolers on a budget. The main ones I'd look towards getting on a budget are:
Cooler Master Seidon 120V
Phanteks U-Type
Cooler Master 212 Evo
Corsair Series Water Coolers (H60 onwards)

This thread is getting confusing. Do you need peripherals within your $900 budget? Will you be overclocking CPU? AM3+ is dead so don't buy an AMD CPU especially the 8350 since it's just a factory overclocked 8320.
If you require peripherals within your budget, here;

and just get any $5 mouse and keyboard. Add an SSD later.
