Terrabytez wrote Also, if you want to overclock a lot then You will need a better cooler than the H60, it's alright but not designed for high overclocks.
As for CPU delidding, it isn't really worth it if you have a good enough cooler.

Would you recommend any coolers? TechYesCity reccomended me a enermax t40, Be can do 4.6GHz stable with good temps. Should I go with that?
I'd be saving for a decent AIO such as an H100i, Nepton 240M, Seidon 240M or Kraken X61

What about a cooler master Neptune 280l? For 60 new or is there better options for my budget as everything else seems to be a bit to dear for me.
You mean the Nepton 280L? Yeah, that'd be fine but the Z9 doesn't have support for it's 280mm radiator.

Are you sure it doesn't have support? I can run 2 140mm fans in the top or is it the thickness?

Edit: is there a budget friendly case which does? Sub 50:would be nice

Just double checked and you should be fine to top mount a 280mm rad. If you can fit 2x140mm fans in the top then you can definitely top mount a 280mm rad. When I posted, I quickly checked the Z9 specifications and noticed that you can fit 2x120mm fans(in the front I think it is), but ever noticed that it would support 2x140mm, my apologies. Nepton 280L should be fine top mounted.
