I'm stuck at level 24 it's so hard to get past for me lol

Do either crucible or strikes, whatever tickles your fancy. I preferably would run strikes. Then once you save up enough marks, buy the vanguard legendaries or join a faction and do the same thing. Once you're level 26 run the raid and the weeklys religiously and you'll hit 30 before you know it.
