I just bought a K95 RGB keyboard and right out of the box I noticed multiple lights that are a lot dimmer than the other lights on the keyboard. I contacted Corsair Technical Support and they told me to update my bios and chipset drivers. I updated my chipset drivers and am a little reluctant to update my bios.
Then he told me to flash the firmware, and I cannot find anything online about how to do this any help would be greatly appreciated.

Didn't Corsair Technical Support tell you how to flash it?
