Im trying to do an essay on why Video Games are actually helpful in the real world and can only think of 5 reasons, anyone have anymore?

I've noticed improvements with me since I started playing Xbox live in 2007. I'll list them.

Better communication
Reflexes
Hand eye coordination
Faster processing
Think things through
much more, too lazy to name.

For me, Video Games bring out creativity and inspiration which can definitely be used in everyday life (ex: writing or drawing)
