I am trying to fix the problem on the falcon rgh glitch 2 that causes it to freeze alot and ive created the edited nandump after changing the power mode and power VCS control. after having the " nanddump1_edited.bin" where do i go from here to getting it to flash on the xbox. please help thanks

Put a fresh launch.ini on the root of your HDD.
