Try putting it into DFU mode by plugging the phone into the computer, holding the home and power button for 10 seconds then release the power button and continue to hold the home button. iTunes will recognize the phone in factory mode and tell you to restore it. Restore it then retry the jailbreak with a full battery.

Do exactly what: Jone just said. DFU mode it.

[ Register or Signin to view external links. ] is not rare, you are not alone. So the solution is not complicated, as well.
Download [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] , and connect iPhone to the computer. You'll see the window pop up. Click "Restart" and iPhone will return to normal in a few minutes after the restart.

This in fact does work as well. But, this does not usually stop the issue.

Doing what @Jone said however does work. He's the man with the plan.

I would do a hard reset (DFU MODE)
Note: This will erase everything on your phone,
