Can someone please build me a $400-$430.
Graphics card has to be Gefore GTX 760 2GB Windforce
I know this is a REALLY tight budget to put a $170 GPU in but I have heard some pretty good things about this card compared to a r9 270x
Dual-Core processor is fine.
Thanks so much!
Oh also, if you can fit a monitor in the build then that would be awesome, but if not...it's Whatevs!

No chance of getting a monitor and GTX 760 in a $430 build. Even without a monitor, you'll probably be looking at an R7 260X. I don't have a computer all morning or afternoon, so I could link an actual build later tonight but I'm sure someone will have helped by then. I'll try remember prices off the top of my head for a rough estimate and so you know kind if what to look for.

CPU-Pentium G3258-$65
Motherboard-B85 chipset-$60
RAM-1x4GB-$35
Case-N200-$35
HDD-any 1TB HDD will do-$50
PSU-$50- you're looking at around $50 for a decent PSU, look at Fractal Design, SeaSonic, Rosewill, XFX and OCZ for PSU's, they typically make good units.
GPU-$135 left over so you should be able to get an R9 270 which is a great card.

Don't skimp on components, especially not PSU or case(trust me)

Monitor-AOC i2267Fwh-$120
Monitor is outside your $430 budget but it is a tight budget. Great monitor though so just use any old junk for now and save for that monitor if you can.

You'll want to add another 4GB RAM to your build asap. You may be able to afford a Z97 chipset board, so get one if you can, to OC the G3358.

Updating this with a link to a PCPP build;

$15 over budget before rebates. If you can't manage that, swap the R7 265 for an R7 260x.
