Get rid the P
Change the font of the text behind.
Find some way to make the text stand out more.
Blurred or saturated background maybe.

Yeah, change the font and remove the "P" it makes it difficult to read what's behind the giant P.

There is just way too much flat white, perhaps add some sort of effect to the text and like what was said remove or push back the 'P' layer.

Maybe have that P you are so fond of in a Profile pic.
Also move your title forward rather than behind the bars.
As Zef mentioned, too much flat white, this is what I was getting at with there is too much with the bars.

I would try putting the P behind the text, and having the opacity up., but mind if i ask if you made this with gimp? cause i think i've seen a template like this on youtube.

I like it. I would say 8/10. Only thing is the " P " makes it a little hard to read but other than that I love it.
