4GB RAM is fine. The CPU is what I'd be worried about. It's 2 years old, cheap and performs very poorly. It's a dual core and an old socket. There's no mention of dedicated GPU either so don't expect a good PC, and definitely don't expect to be playing many games.

4gb is enough.
Adding another 4 to have a total of 8gb would be more then enough for those
