I think it has the potential to look really nice. It just needs some minor fixes
1. The text needs to be in front of the white bars.
2. If you insist on having the P, at least center it.

Personally I think the P would be better used as an avatar and not in the banner at all, but thats just me.

It's quite basic, its just images with shapes separating the images. Try use stocks and filters.

It's very basic but clean so I give you an 8/10.

I would of chopped the "P" and blending it in with the text but that's just my opinion.
