I have the season pass and it says that we have access to the new guns but how come I don't see the new gun anywhere?

Many people have had this issue dude. What you need to do is contact Xbox Live support team and then contact Call of Duty support team and then you should be all good.
Remember to inform them about everything so that they can get this issue fixed. I hope this helps dude.
