Im getting a new xbox one for Christmas and I want to know will I be able to usesaves from my old xbox one?

If the games were server-based, then yes. (GTA, Destiny, etc)

If the games save to your HDD, then you'll have to manually transfer if you want them on your new console.

I believe Forza is server-based. I'm not 100% on it.
