Modding is dying out in general. I give it a couple more months. Next CoD might not even be for 360. If that does happen, modding will be pretty much dead.

Put my signature on it. Modding is the main portion of TTG. Only reason I found it in the first place.

Exactly my thoughts. If the next gen consoles get an exploit I would like to see the forums return but as of now I feel they aren't really needed or wanted by to many people since modding is dying and it's all just flooded with a lot of fake hosters and scammmers.

PS3 Modding section went as well. TTG is moving away from modding

I hate how people assosaite modding with JTAG/RGHs... It's not sad that modding is dying, it was shit anyways. JTAG consoles dying is the bad part.

So you disagree that a large portion of members joined the site for modding? Even people who want this site to move away from modding admit that they joined for modded lobbies.

I agree that modding is not the main focus as of now but removing the marketplace and JTAG/RGH forums will not fix the problem. In my opinion, there should be stricter rules with posting in the JTAG/RGH forums regarding posts like "PLEEASEE HELP ME WITH MY RGH" and "How do I do <something simple that can be googled>?"
This would leave modding forums with a more mature and child-free atmosphere which would only contribute to the site.
