Will add I clearly said in the post... It came be the batteries and it came be the wrote because the headset is still new and I change the batteries every 2 days and even with a fresh pair it still does it.

It could be a wireless device interfering with them i have xp400s and if there near a wifi device the sound can cut out but the sound out of them are amazing you can hear every single thing.

you must take the usb plugin and pit it in a computer or in a iPhone charger and plug it in somewhere
