Alright so I was clearing out today when I found my old xbox stuff from about 3-5 years ago, two xbox's with red rings, when I started one of them it has 3 rings then changed to 2, the other however is working sort of.

They are both Xenon Xbox's, I was thinking if I could JTAG/RGH the working one depending what dash it is, I can't go to console info and view the dash and the Xbox freezes when dash has been loaded (Maybe cause I only have one cable of the dvd drive plugged in ) (cant find the other)

Going to try and fix the 2 red rings if I can.

you can go to system settings > console settings to find out which dash it is on, but i can tell you it is not on a jtaggable dash, and since they are xenons RGHing is pretty much out the window

Thanks for the reply but I cannot view the console information/system settings.

Got the console fully working, dash is on 2.0.12625 and I'm sure it's an Xenon.
