I'm not sure about the 360 but for me and my friends on the One, we use
-The NBA2k15 app (available on the Play Store and App Store. This app allows you a random amount of daily VC as well as a guaranteed 500 per day.
-Play your most important MyCareer games. Play the games that have most winnable VC available.
-Play Park. If you play and win as well as do good in Park, you can get a good amount of VC.
-Buy VC. This is a last resort, but you can get 75 or 80,000 VC for 20 USD in game. 200,000 is 59.99 USD
