So i was buildng my new pc, and it seems my bios has been reset, possibly because i didnt turn on my computer from the switch but using a screwdriver to turn it on through the motherboard, and i think thats why it reset, any ideas on how to fix? :S

If it boots, go to the BIOS, normally by smashing the delete button [or on some posh mobos, you get a go-to-BIOS button, and load the optimized defaults.
