Can you take non-Muslim women and children captive? Yes, says ISIS.
Can you have sex with them, even prepubescent girls? Yes, according to the Islamist extremist group.
Can you sell them or give them as gifts to others? The answer is yes, once again.
People in Mosul -- the Iraqi city now under control of the group calling itself the Islamic State -- got these and other messages loud and clear after sunset prayers Friday, when armed men handed out a color-printed pamphlet "Question and Answers on Female Slaves and their Freedom," three residents told CNN.
The document was first printed in October or November, then later posted on an ISIS website. It has gotten more publicity recently because of the Middle East Media Research Institute, an independent Washington-based nonprofit whose advisory board includes former National Security Agency Director Michael V. Hayden, onetime CIA Director James Woolsey and ex-U.S. Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld.
The idea that ISIS is kidnapping, selling and raping women and children is hardly surprising. Many such accounts have surfaced since the group began its often brutal run through Syria and Iraq, including chilling stories from members of the Yazidi religious minority. And these are on top of other horrific allegations, such as the killings and mistreatment of innocent civilians simply because they didn't subscribe to ISIS' extreme take on Sharia law.
Wow, this is something..

There is no solution.
We've entered a perpetual cycle of extremism.
You bomb them, destroy buildings, maybe even kill some civilians, increase poverty in an area, and people get desperate.
Desperate people turn to extremism, it happened in Germany in the 1930's and it's happening here.
You think the family members of a killed ISIS member have the view of, 'Well they were asking for it' ? Of course not.
Talking to them doesn't work because they have an ideology which cannot be reasoned with.
Killing them doesn't work because of the things I've mentioned above, you kill one and another takes their place.
All we can do is attempt to contain it.

Pretty much this. Extremism is always going to exist. People are always going to rebel. People are always going to hold extreme opposite views. Like Ruvik said, all we can really do is try to contain it. Try to disrupt them by killing their leader, etc. ISIS is a death cult. They don't deserve to be here.

Extremism can and will always exist but these bunch of terrorists are especially bad and very well armed and organized. I truly believe if the coalition launched a full scale attack and destroyed all of their vehicles and artillery they would be greatly weakened and would fall to the iraq and afghan's army and most likely iran also.
I am talking ground troops and tanks right to mosul a quick advance would show these scumbags what we can do to people like them.
