Hey guys, just fed up with Microsoft right now. So I bought an Xbox One mid November and my controller broke on me after the 2nd day. I was in mid game and my joystick started to pop in and out and make a popping noise (Left Joystick) And it broke on me. So I contacted the support team (Xbox Support) and had my controller shipped off to their service center and it arrived there 4 days later (Yes I have a tracking number) In my email they told me I should receive a confirmation email of them sending it out within 10 days after receiving the non working product. It has been abit past 10 buisniness days and they have sent no confirmation email of them sending it out. On the 10th day I chatted with the support team and they said they will send a follow up email 24 hrs later. No follow up email even 2 days later..
Yeah that's my rant of the day just fed up with Microsoft right now...

Exactly the reason you buy a ps4. Make the jump to ps4 soon, Microsoft are useless money grabbers. I feel for you bro, I know how it feels to be so frustrated with them, they're the worst for support.

Yeah, every time I have dealt with them it hasn't really ended how I wanted.
I remember trying to get a problem with my XBL account sorted, and it took so long.

Yeah I tried to get into Playstation a few years ago. Bought a PS3 but just didnt really workout. I'm a Halo fan so I enjoy Xbox but currently not to happy with it...

That's cause the Xbox One sucks, shoulda stuck with the 360 until they iron out all the bugs for the One. Most people who bought the next gen are just beta testing the product In my opinion

I went from 360 to a PS4 and I'm not going to say "That's why Xbone sucks get a PS4". But I had 2 major incidents with Xbox Support and this is why I hate them but it isn't why I got a PS4. (I got it because IMO it was the better console). The first incident was a few years ago when my account was permanently banned for marketplace theft and coincidently at the time on the TV show 'WatchDogs' they had said that a mass amount of accounts had been wrongly accused of marketplace theft and was permanently banned. So I contacted them and said about what had appeared on WatchDogs and they still wouldn't do anything after months. The second incident occurred when changing the email address linked to my account. The switch from one email to the other had worked and I was getting the emails and what not but I was unable to download ANYTHING off the marketplace. All I got was something regarding payment information which it wouldn't let me access. So I contacted support and was led in endless circles and they told me that they would 'get back in touch in a few days' when the case had been given to someone else but they didn't follow up. This problem took over a year to solve.
