WHats your power supply make and model?
Open up the side panel of your case and there should be a sticker indicating the make of it and the model/wattage.
Also there are better/newer GPUs out now so what is your currency and budget as we could suggest a better GPU.
Also what is your case?

The PC I have at this time is a pre built one from PC World as the insurance I used only gave me PC World vouchers. The model is HP Pavilion 500-141ea and from research I believe it is a 300 watt power supply. My budget it around 40-60 and the one I have found is 35

A 650 Ti won't offer a huge increase in performance over the APU you have. If your system is pre-built, then you are most likely going to need a new PSU first anyway. I'd recommend a CPU upgrade before touching a GPU. GTX 650Ti is an old, low end card anyway and I'd suggest something more recent instead of bothering with old hardware. I wouldn't spend any less than £80 on a new GPU, you won't see any real improvement with low end GPU's. Also, how do you have 5GB RAM in dual channel?
Upgrade monitor, 900p is so poo. Upgrade CPU to Haswell, use the iGPU on a Haswell chip until you can afford a decent dedicated GPU. Before any of that, upgrade case and PSU. Then you can upgrade the RAM(after adding a GPU). The whole system needs upgraded tbh, so just upgrade bit by bit as you can.

I think it says 5GB of RAM because 1GB is allocated to the APU.

Thankyou ever so much for your help. What processor would you recommend me in buying? First off I will upgrade my power supply and then go onto the processor then. It's a shame because PC World is so overpriced and with the money I was given (400) and my own money myself I could of built a far superior one.

£60 might be able to get you a decent case and PSU for now. Upgrade to Haswell, an i5 if you can afford it. If not, Pentium will do and you can upgrade CPU again, later, after GPU upgrade and such.
