This is for the purchase of a virtual item and understand there are no refunds under any circumstances.

Yes, because a .txt file is going to get you places.
How about you just don't be an idiot and not buy this crap?
It's your fault.

I am fully aware i am buying a virtual item, there are no refunds available on this item under any circumstances.

Regardless of what ever you buy.
The buyer can always do a *unauthorised transaction*
not saying it Always works but 90% of the time it dose.
yep this is fraud but you can't prove they did send the payment. so its a hit a miss selling over paypal. risky business.

If you have had yor paypal account for years like mine and use it often-ish and have no warnings against your account then charge backs sometimes fail. I sold a KV to someone and then they tried to chargeback, I had no proof but I said something like "it's stupid that people can do this" and they said I won because of my paypal rep
