As the title suggests, I get this error. Somewhat frequently (but only recently, after installing Catalyst 14.9 and then still on 14.12)
It happens when playing games, or when loading YouTube videos. I've never seen it happen under different circumstances
As it crashes, the screen will turn two different colours, usually grey and white (that's what disturbs me, other claims of this issue mention the screen turning a solid black)
I've tried using DDU to uninstall the driver(s) and reinstalling the latest and greatest (to no avail)
I've already put this down to a corrupted driver or my GPU dying but my money is on the former
Fix?

The issue can be caused by several different factors. Considering that you have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the latest drivers to no prevail, you can tick that solution off the list.
Like i said previously, the issue can be caused by several factors so it will be best practice of me to link you to an article which has helped me with this issue in the past. Hopefully you will find it useful.
