I've always preferred Playstation, but I had a 360, so I got the One. I hate it. However, before you say move to PS4, I'd be losing DLC, games and just general money. Unless anyone knows a way around this, I'm stuck with the One for a couple of months.

I had to contact them twice beofore and they have always been able to help me fast.
Maybe you just got unlucky and they have a lot to do..

this is why i never bought the xbox one i used my friends and the next day my account was banned made a new one spent about 500$ on the new account got voiced banned for telling a kid to get off a m rated game thats why ms sucks (Play station is so so so much better) due to the fact they dont ban you with out a reason

Thats why I just try to avoid support teams at all cost because most the time
its hard as hell to get up with them and when you do if you do sometimes they may not even be any help.
