If you own the crew solely for the purpose of operating within the clan (with the crew emblem), you should comment so on your application to let the administrators know that the crew is not an external group of players.

We've got over 75 members in total, across both Xbox 360 and Xbox One, about 20 of which own GTA V for Xbox One. We host a role playing session almost every evening, either on Xbox 360 or Xbox One. Most frequently, our sessions are hosted from 18:00 to 20:00 or 21:00 EST. On Xbox 360, we typically host sessions for 14-16 participants, while Xbox One sessions have lower attendance rates of about 8 players currently, hence our striving efforts to recruit more Xbox One members for more players to attend each session.

being from eu, I would be playing a lot from this friday as i got the holidays

That sounds great! We've got quite a few members from various time zones, so we actually host sessions as early as 14:00 EST on some weekends to allow it not to be almost midnight for those of you in the GMT zone.

If your application ends up being approved, I look forward to role playing with you! I'll probably host an Xbox One session this Saturday at 14:00 EST or so, as well as one or two Xbox One sessions in the evenings of this week.
