Alright, my friend needs a new computer, that's a given as he's got a crappy computer and it can't handle anything.

He doesn't have much money, but wants a gaming PC, I know, he can't get much but can anyone help me out?

Price limit in AUD $700-800 (He needs a monitor, and an operating system win8/win7 depending on price)
He wanted to reserve 100 for a monitor although it'd be pretty bad.

Anyway;
He wants it for mainly Minecraft so it doesn't have to be crazy good, but I hope ya'll can put something together.
Also, I suppose postage contributes to that overall price but I can talk him into paying for postage or I might help him out.
