Okay so firstly do you have any sort of an anti-virus installed on the machine, if so .. run that.
If that does'nt remove the thing download malware bytes and see if that picks anything up.

i will install malware byts now, thanks i dont have a good anti virus and it picked up nothing

i will buy one as soon as i can, -the thing that i installed doesn't appear anywhere in my program files or when i try and uninstall programs i can't even find it anywahere!

You don't need to buy one there are a few decent free ones out there.
If it's not showing in control panel > Programs and features
open the program files folder from within the "C" drive and head to
Organize > Folder and search options > View > click the "Show hidden files, folders or drives" radio button and hit apply then ok, See if it lists it there.

any requests for any, i think i have that hidden folder but when i delete it i will find the best anti virus, i want to delete it fast as possible so it doesn't damage my pc
