Ok everything seems to be normal there but the file is still running which means they have made it silent, in this case you might have to restore your computer to an earlier time or reinstall windows, because the anti virus cannot pick it up.

i've linked you to a guide to remove malware/viruses. It includes all applications you will need and instructions on how to use all of them. Please for the love of god read it. and then, once you've read it. Follow the steps. All of them. and once you have completed all the steps your machine will be virus/malware free again.
IF YOU ARE STILL INFECTED AFTER FOLLOWING THE GUIDE; Please PM me and i will happily resolve the problem for you.

With you anti-virus, make sure that you run a boot-time scan or run it in Windows Safe-Mode. This will prevent the malicious software from starting.
Malware that tries to hide itself can be caught in this way.
Give this a try then tell us whether you still have the problem.
