GTA San Andreas has been rumoured to be released next summer.

"Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas 2 has finally been confirmed this week after Rockstar made the surprising announcement at the Playstation Experience event in Las Vegas, the day after The Game Awards. The game will take place in 1999, 7 years after the events of San Andreas. CJ will return as the main character, again being voiced by Young Maylay."

Actual source of Rockstar confirming it would be good not to mention that the high res model is know to be a modded model.

I don't believe. I would like to. They are going to do what they can with 5 then go back to the drawing board. They may in the future make something like Red Dead again, but I feel they know, at least multiplayer wise, they messed up on 5. San Andreas 2 seems like to me a desperate attempt to revive the series and I don't think Grand Theft Auto is there yet. Grand Theft Auto will always be one of a kind, which I think they are going to make another hit single before they work on a San Andreas 2.

It's fake, the picture of the HD/updated CJ is from a PC mod, the story is fabricated by someone hoping to rustle a few jimmies, which he has.

It doesn't make logical sense at all, and if it was true there would actually be a reliable source like IGN reporting this. Sorry you got your hopes up.

Lol 360 only? Why the hell would they release an old-gen only AAA title when current-gen is their main audience.
