RGH2 is meant for slim consoles, its going to have slow boot times on a phat.

And yes you will still need a Stealth service.

What do you mean modification, to my knowledge an RGH is a Modification itself.

Let me explain a few options for you. Option #1) Buy a dual nand, this means you have a console which has multiple functions. Lets say you wanted to use the RGH console like a retail which is a normal xbox. You can switch the nand to the retail nand and use it just like a normal xbox then switch it to the RGH'd nand and use the exploited functions say if you wanted to host lobbies or something of that sort. Option #2) Buy a RGH and use it strictly for the purposes of a RGH e.g. Host lobbies, run homebrew, use emulators, etc. However without the dual nand and the capability of running the RGH like a retail you will need to buy server time to go online. Two other options if you decided to not buy a dual nand would be to either stay offline with the functions and/or buy server time. However, XBLSE is currently free, but I have been told by multiple people that they steal KV's and sell them to other people. This means you will have a free server to remain on but you will have to buy KV's more frequently if the information about XBLSE stealing KV's is true.
