Im just wondering what i should up grade..
What i got -->> Upgrade
Intel Core i7-4765T -->> Intel Core i7-4790K
Or
8Gb ram -->> 16Gb ram
Or
2Tb hard drive -->> 500Gb ssd
(will use an external for more storage)
Just getting some money soon to upgrade
wondering what would be in my best interest to upgrade,
I game lightly and use other programs like Photoshop
and other editing software. Any input or advice would be great.
Thanks

Depending on what you are going to use your PC for 16GB RAM will be pretty much useless. Personally I would upgrade your CPU, however you'd need to check compatibility of your board already. If compatible you could easily overclock it if you get the one your referring too which would boost your outcome by a fair bit.

Whats your motherboard?
As if you have a non Z97 OR Z87 board the unlocked CPU is practically useless.
If you plan on overclocking it would also be smart to invest in an AIO liquid cooler such as the h100i.
You should also buy an SSD.

The 4765t is a laptop CPU. You can't replace laptop CPUs as they are soldered into place, as far as I am aware. The 4790k wouldn't be a possible upgrade. What is your current system? What is your budget and currency?

Like my buddy cloxds said i have the alienware alpha its the i7 version obliviously. If i could i would upgrade the gpu, but i cant. So im trying to upgrade what i can, and the stuff above is what im able to upgrade. Now you might say why do you have an alienware alpha well i got it for free from a friend. And yes i know building your own pc is better but i dont really need the best specs even though it'd be nice
