I was wondering if it was worth waiting for the 280 to be in stock or should i juist buy the 270x? is there really much difference between the cards?

Where are you from and what's your budget?
You may be able to get the card from a different retailer which is around the same price.
The r9 280 is worth it, and if you decide to overclock you can get it around the same performance as the
r9 280x if not better.

I am from UK and my Budget is 200GBP but i also need to buy a new PSU with the graphics card
