I have purchased a lot of coins in the past for fifa 15 and I have not received a warning. However, I have been buying 200k at a time, the most I bought at once was 500k.
EA do care and there is a system in place if you get caught, 1st offence is a warning, 2nd is a club reset and 3rd is a ban from all EA games.

I've sold over 20m so far no bans and I make account 500k a day and still no ban so it's really how much coins you buy I guess
