Does anyone know what the tweak is called? It basically made it so that when you plug in your phone to a charger it would not make the charging noise and it would not vibrate either. I made the mistake of not screenshotting my tweaks when I updated to IOS 8 a bit ago.

It's called PowerSoundDisabler. I love that tweak especially when you're constatly respringing and stuff.

I did not know that there was a tweak for this until just now. Thank you for your help.

This is quite annoying when I have my phone plugged up and am installing new things and tweaking things and hearing the charging chime every 10 seconds.
