If i get a cash drop would i get banned for 2 weeks and i have a jtag thats offline at the moment could i use it to change my rank while its offline

If you were the one doing the Cash Drop, you will most likely at the end of the day get console banned. If you are wanting to change your rank with your JTAG, you would need to be on XBL to change it, since you are changing the rank which is online.

Yeah i thought it had to be online is there not other way like with rte tools and no if i was in a cash drop lobby and got some money would i get banned

Always a chance of a ban, because your breaking the ToS. Even with a RTE, you would need to be online to modify your rank.
