I would recommend that!

Yeah that would be a good recommendation. Yeah i really hate how they made it so sad a the very end made me very angry how it all rolled out that last episode comes out tomorrow. I will be furious if they do not make it a happy ending.

Hunter x Hunter is easily one of my favorites and a go to recommendation. Once you get to the Chimera Ant Arc it gets even better. It is one of the only shows that ive seen recently that is unbelievably good at showing emotion and getting you to feel certain emotions as you watch it.

So, what you are suffering from, if you literally mean depressed, is something a lot of more hardcore otaku's (anime lovers) suffer from. Their lust for their favorite anime is destroyed as the series comes to a close, or the manga is discontinued suffocating away any chance of another season. I suffered from this, and the best thing to do, if it is serious depression, is to take a break. Don't even try watching another anime for about a month, you need to focus on something that draws you back to reality. I suffered this after SAO also, hence my username, I really loved it, but now I've seen over 300 anime, and I realize, they are life changing, amazing, but you shouldn't get depressed when one ends, or something devastating happens in it, because they end to teach you that even great things must end. Sorry if you were not looking for a deep post, I just don't want anyone straying away from anime due to being terrified of depression. It happens to everyone that is a hardcore watcher. Merry christmas my friends. <3

You know that depression is a serious mental illness? You're not "depressed" your just sad...

Yes I do, but it also has a meaning other than the medical term. And since it basically means that you're sad, I felt that it fit. Didn't mean to offend you though.
