You'll also need RAM. £1070 is an extremely tight budget for a custom loop rig if that's what you're looking for, especially when you require peripherals too. Also if you wanted a custom loop, you should at least know what to look for. Why do you want watercooling? Will you overclock?

Since you never answered my question, I'll ask again. Why do you want to watercool? A decent custom loop will set you back a couple of hundred pounds alone. Custom loops are definitely dank but I don't think it's in your best interest, not yet anyway.

Will do you fine, has an AIO cooler too so you're kind of set for watercooling, just not a custom loop. Nice kb and mouse, change the Zotac 970 to another 970 if you wish, they will all perform similarly but some look nicer than other. 16GB RAM is more than enough for gaming, 8GB would be fine so you don't even need the 16GB that you have. A little room in your budget so you can get a larger capacity HDD if you wish and/or smaller capacity SSD. Plus, you have support for a second 970 in SLI in the future if you wish.
