nice I have pretty much the same build graphics card wise and cpu also the ram! but I have the (2133) 16gb it will perform extremely well but the gtx 980 I have is the g1 gaming edition and oh my god do I love it!

No CPU cooler? You won't be overclocking much on stock cooler. If you're not overclocking, the CPU and mobo are a waste. Get a cheaper motherboard and a Xeon instead, if you're not overclocking. 980 isn't really worth it's price tag since the 970 is a slightly underclocked 980 basically. 8 thread CPU is also overkill for gaming, if it's a gaming PC you're building, i5 will do. 16GB is more than enough for gaming, 8GB would suffice. Have that case, it's nice, would definitely recommend it.

Might as well get rid of that 8.1 system and just get it for free instead of paying $90. Get a CPU cooler too especially with the cpu you have.

Yeah it'll be good I can see you are set upon that motherboard.
If you want silence you'll deffo want to be changing those fans that come with the kraken for sure.
