I was in class and I had an idea for a pretty useful app.So my teacher got a phone call in the middle of class and since he is a teacher he had to decline it and I guess the person understood that but then I thought what if the person didn't understand and kept on phoning back so then I thought it would be good if there was a way to give a reason for why you declined the call ie I'm in a meeting.So that's were you programmers come in if you feel up to it and if its possible if yous could make an app that could tell someone why you declined their call.Good Luck

It's already on the galaxy's YOU Swipe Down AND There is a list of auto text to send back for not being able to answer

I guess so but maybe if someone wants to make it for apple devices

It's there too, hit the "Message" button when receiving a call and a list will come up with quick reply options.
