Ok so I have been playing the starter edition and I'm loving it. I would like to buy it but I can't subscribe online to it. So I could buy game time at the store and add it without having to add a credit card / paypal right? When I buy the full game, Ill get a month free then ill have to subscribe / add game time. Im new to World of Warcraft so im not sure how it works.

you have to buy the Battle Chest to add gametime I believe. Without the Battle Chest your account is still "F2P". I believe some stores sell battle chest so you might be in luck.

Like stated above you will need to purchase the Battle Chest and will receive all expansions up until MoP. Then you can go to your local game store and pick up a 60 day membership for $29.99

You need the battle chest, and then that gets you up to MoP, from there you can buy WoD and get a free level 90 with I think 490 gear, or you could level up from where you left off on the starter edition and when you hit 90 you can buy WoD and level to 100, and have a free 90.
