you must have no fingers if it took that long the images are off google all you need to do is colour overlay blue and change the filter gallery takes about 5 minutes

Looks like you used the cutout filter on it. (I think thats the one? It's been a while.)

It's very rough. Not clean or smooth at all.

Why so blue? I'm sure it'd look nice in full color.

It would definitely look really nice ion full color. Do you care about the edges? If you took the time and fixed all the edges it would look spectacular.

cuz i used 3 shades of blue to keep the color scheme
