I can't really speak for everyone, I only have a 5.5KD vs Pilots, but what I tend to do is hold down a part of the map, use the first tier perk called "minion detector" it will show your grunts/spectres permanantly and where there are loads of enemy dots, that's where the other team are spawning. Find a good position (You need to learn the maps first) and kill 3-4 people, get a titan and just go hard in the titan killing everything you see. I use this method an finish flawless with 15+ every game in attrition. As for the other game modes, I don't really know as for I don't play them. Hope this helps.
