I suddenly got disconnected, and cant connect?

Is it me, or is anyone elses xbox not connecting?

I got disconnected but was able to get on a few minutes later but it's laggy.

im not lagging at all. i know some people from uk also they can sign in perfectly with no lag

i can't connect either and i live in Holland, just saw on Xbox.com there were sign-in problems on the 360 since 21.31
