Ok so here are the two choices with everything included + price.

Refurbished Xbox One w/ Kinect
+Ryse
+Dance Central
+ 1 free game (Destiny)
for $359.99 CDN

or

Xbox One Bundle w/o Kinect
+ Assassin's Creed Unity
+ Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag
+ 1 free game (Destiny)
+ 3 year warranty from Microsoft (Someone offered to buy it for me, not available with refurbished model)
for $399.99 CDN

Thoughts? I am leaning more towards to more expensive bundle because of the warranty, brand new console, and better quality games in my opinion.

Go for the second bundle, the more exspensive one. My reasons are the same as yours.

I would get the 2nd one. Even though it is more expensive you get a new console and 3 really good games.

You don't really need the kinect. Mine isn't even plugged in at the moment.

the second one seems the like the best bet since you probably are going to play those games more than dance central
