I have had my console and account banned for playing aw before the release on a flashed xbox 360. I got a new phat and created a new account, then I had my new account recovered by an rgh, this christmas I will have an xbox one, will I get account banned / console banned on my xbox one for having a rgh recover my new account?

I'm pretty sure your account got banned along with the console ban so even by recovering on the Xbox One, your account is still banned.

I would recommend to stay away from recovering a perm banned account onto your XBOX ONE. The last thing you want is console banned XBOX ONE.

Ok you guys he is saying he lost his old account to a perma ban that account we will name it (1) now (1) is gone bye out of the question.
He Made a new account we will now call (2) , (2) has been recovered on a RGH console he is getting a xbox one console he wants to know if his new account (2) will get the xbox one banned for being recovered when he had a 360

It all depends on what you have done on the RGH on the account. If you have hosted a bunch on both using the same IP you could have issues. Reset or MAC address and request a new IP.
