Ok so i went through 2 xboxs and used the same xbl account and xbl says if i get a new xbox i need a new profile? True?

More than likely.
Generally, if they ban the console, I'm pretty sure they ban the account which was holding the offences too.
Not sure about inactive accounts on the Xbox.

Have you gotten any emails regarding a ban? Can you still sign into your account on the Xbox website.

My console has been banned. Does that mean my Xbox Live account will be suspended as well?

Correct me if I am wrong, but I have heard that if you get console banned it bans all the accounts on the console.
I am pretty sure this one is false, but I also heard if you try and download the banned account, it will automatically console ban your new console.

If you were not account banned then you shouldn't be console banned on the new xbox I believe
