Hey guys, i was messing around with the pen tool and thought, hey why not share this with TTG.
I thought it looked pretty good, and i was going to remove the text and edit this in cinema 4d. (will post that one up in a bit.)
Does anyone have any suggestions on what i should do with this? Rate 1-9 since i know it's not perfect.

Heres the edited image i came up with in cinema 4d and some more photoshop work, messed with paint splashes and hue/saturation and the cc.
it's a bit pixelated in some areas though.

Very simple design, and not much detail to criticize.
Simply too letters put together to make a logo, something that is done to often and labeled a logo.

In my point of view, I quite like simple designs. Not too much junk everywhere. This is nice and clean. Maybe use some colour next time.

It's a bit devoid of interesting appeal, but its simple, and to the point which is what a logo needs.
The C4D edit version is o k.. I personally don't like how you went monotone and the splashes look a bit overwhelming covering too much of the canvas, when the point of it is your logo. I say a solid 6/10

I really think that you can do better. Instead of focusing on the D try to focus on your actual branding. Do think of a name that you would like to use, I reccomend your name, and try to either focus on the initials of your name , or make a symbol and put your name underneath it in a clean serrif typeface.

Looks nice but take a little more time out and don't rush it.
6/10 Good effort.

My bad didn't mean to downvote your post, but thanks.
