Did you try to flash a dev kernel to your nand?

If you are on a Corona, some consoles don't exactly like XeLL. I know mine doesn't boot XeLL properly, and will give me a red screen shortly after showing my fuses.

Bad blocks in nand?
Try re-flashing it.
