the only possible way to get it is to manually unlock it with a jtag. there are no requirements on how to unlock it in the game's programming, so there is no legit way to unlock it.

Unfortunately, you need to mod the game to get it. You can try to get into a lobby which does it, otherwise, you'll have no luck trying to get it legitimately.

u can get it by unlocking every challenges including prestige challenges.
